About Ali
In 2018, I began my journey through Institute of Integrative Nutrition. IIN taught me a lot about trusting my inner wisdom when it came to my health and gave me insight into alternative strategies of healing. It also taught me about the significance of community in healing. Wellness has a "we" in it whereas illness has an "I." Lastly, I learned that wellness and health is a lifelong journey and nutrition is not just based on what you eat, but rather is a combination of what you ingest: news, your daily commute, friends, career, family, etc.
My goal in this practice is to teach my students and clients what I know so that they can learn how to love themselves, their bodies, and treat themselves with the love and compassion they deserve. My focus is working with women with eating disorders and PTSD.
I currently reside in Las Vegas, NV and enjoy spending time with my family, traveling the world, listening to music, and being in nature.
